Currently, Cocopani delivers with in Australia only, but we will soon be able to offer international delivery.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Cocopani uses private couriers. Courier requires a signature upon delivery of goods. All goods are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and take between one or 8 days depending on your location.
Delivery costs within Australia – AUD $16 .00. Orders outside of metropolitan areas may incur a higher delivery fee. Cocopani will contact you accordingly.

If any of the items you have purchased are sold out or unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will receive a refund or an alternative product choice.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or transferred. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns and refunds are made at Cocopani's discretion. Cocopani accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items that are not returned within 30 days will not be accepted. Returned items must be received by Cocopani in the same condition as sent to be eligible for a refund or return. The customer is responsible for all COSTS of returning merchandise.
In the case of a return of product, please return the purchased item with a letter stating your contact details, reason for return and receipt of purchase.
The customer will be charged all shipping fees for the exchange and the new item. Please email sales@cocopani.com.au to notify that you are exchanging your order, including your name, item you wish to exchange to and reason for exchange. Return address for exchanges must be sent to the address below:
Exchanges can be made within 7 days upon receiving the goods. Used product of any kind will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. No soiled or damaged items accepted.
Cocopani reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund all payment using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Cocopani will take all reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are true and correct.
